Introduction

Good, quick throw together veggies to have with grilled meat. Good, quick throw together veggies to have with grilled meat.

Ingredients

    Cabbage
    Carrots
    Potatoes
    Onion
    Olive Oil

Directions

Saute onions, potatoes and carrots in olive oil until tender crisp. Add chopped cabbage and 1/4 cup water and simmer until cabbage is tender. Season to taste.
