Ingredients

    1 lb ground Turkey
    3 egg whites
    1 cup rolled oats, blended or ground in food processor
    1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
    1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated or shredded
    1 tbs Mrs. Dash Onion & Herb

Tips

This recipe can be altered to make several different varieties: skip the parm and add black beans/cheddar cheese and taco seasoning. or add peanut butter and sweet chili sauce for a thai flavor- play with it!


Directions

preheat oven or toaster oven to 350 degrees
grind oats in blender or food processor
add to bowl
add Parmesan and Mrs. Dash, stir together
add remaining ingredients
fold all ingredients until mixed
drop in muffin tin, makes 12 muffin sized loafs
bake for 20 minutes
