    1 box Duncan Hines chocolate fudge cake mix
    1 cups water
    5 egg whites
    1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
    14 oz. can fat free sweetened condensed milk
    12 oz. container sugar free caramel ice cream topping
    8 oz. container Cool Whip Free


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly coat the bottom of a 9x13 cake pan with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
Beat cake mix 1 cup water, 5 egg whites, and 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce for 30 seconds on low speed. Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour batter into pan. Bake for 27-33 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
When cake is done and still hot from the oven, poke holes throughout cake with a wooden skewer. Pour sweetened condensed milk all over cake. Pour most of the caramel topping all over cake, reserving a small amount for garnish. Let cake cool completely. Spread Cool Whip over cake. Drizzle remaining caramel topping over cake for garnish. Keep refrigerated
