    1 pkg Ore-Ida Steam n Mash (Garlic seasoned recommended but not calculated)
    1 lb ground beef
    3/4 cup onion finely chopped
    1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
    1/4 cup Jack Daniels BBQ (Honey smokehouse)
    1 egg lightly beaten
    2 tsp chili powder
    3/4 tsp salt
    2/3 cup evap milk
    1 Tbs butter
    1 cup real Bacon crumbs
    1/4 cup canned fried onions
    2/3 cup Mexican blend cheese


Preheat oven to 375. Coat 9x9 dish with spray. In large bowl, combine beef, onion, breadcurbs, BBQ sauce, egg, chili powder, and salt. Mix well. Press into bottom of greased dish. Bake 20-25 minutes or until cooked thuroughly. Carefully pour out excess fat. adjust oven to broil and place rack 6-8 inches from heat source. Microwave potatoes according to instructions. In large bowl, mix hot potatoes, milk and butter. Mash together. Stif in bacon ad fried onions. Spread evenly over meat. Top with cheese broil 3-5 minutes.
