    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *1 cup onion chopped, 1 serving (remove)
    *Chopped Tomatoes - in tomato juice - Tesco value, 400 gram(s) (remove)
    Bush's, Black Beans, 2 cup (remove)
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    Rice - Minute instant brown rice, 1.5 cup (remove)
    1/2 cup salsa


Sautee onion in oil. Add tomatos, black beans (undrained), garlic and oregano and salsa. Bring to a boil. Add rice and simmer for 5 minutes. Turn off heat and rest for 5 minutes.
