    7 cups thinly slided peeled cucumbers
    2 cups sugar
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 med green pepper chopped
    1 cup cider vinegar
    1 Tblsp salt
    1 Tblsp celery seed


In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Serve with a slotted spoon.
