    1 pkg Ore Ida Southern Style Hash Brown Potatoes
    7 lg Eggs
    1 lb Farmington Mild Pork Sausage
    1 med Onions chopped
    1 pkg frozen Spinach, thawed
    1 tbs Olive Oil


Great served with cut up fruit.


Brown sausage, then add olive oil and hash browns and onions. When they are about cooked through, add spinach and heat through. Scramble eggs in separate bowl and pour over the above "mess." Mix together and cook until eggs are no longer runny.
