Number of Servings: 6

2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast, cubed
1 cup chopped onion (or one packet onion soup mix!)
    1/3 cup water
1 can (10 3/4 oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup (low sodium)
16 oz. nonfat Greek or plain yogurt
1 chicken stock packet (low sodium)
1 large clove minced garlic OR 1 teaspoon garlic powder
16 oz. chopped, fresh mushrooms or your choice (I did baby bella and shitaki mixture)
    1/2 cup dry white wine
    Freshly ground black pepper (optional)
    Parsley (fresh or dried)

Replace soup and garlic with a Cream of Mushroom with Garlic Soup Can.

1. In a 6-quart slow cooker combine all ingredients.
2. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 7 hours or on high-heat setting for 3 to 3-1/2 hours.
