    9 inch Pie crust, frozen
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Mushrooms, canned, 1.2 cup
    Corn Starch 3-4 teaspoons
    Lamb, Ground, 16 oz
    Beef broth, 2 cups
    Mashed Potatoes, 2lbs


Saute Lamb, Carrots, Mushrooms, and Broth for 20 minutes on medium. The gravy ends up better is you cook it on low for longer 1-2 hr.
Drain broth and reserve.
Fill pie crust with meat mixture.
Add cornstarch to broth until it is a gravy consistency.
Add back enough gravy to moisten meat, reserve the rest for when you eat the pie!
Top with mashed potatoes.
Bake at 400 for about 30 minutes
