Ingredients

    3 Boneless Skinless Chicken breasts, cut into 1inch strips
    1 Green Bell Pepper, sliced
    1/2 cup Red Onion, chopped
    2 tsp Minced Garlic
    3 tsp Taco Seasoning
    1 tbsp Ranch Salad Seasoning
    3/4 cup water
    1 tbsp Canola Oil
    4 Leaves Lettuce
    8 tbsp homemade salsa
    8 tbsp Sour Cream

Directions

Combine oil, chicken, pepper, onion, garlic, taco seasoning, ranch seasoning, and water in pan.
Cook about 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
Put onto lettuce leaves and add salsa and sour cream.

Serving Size: Makes 4 Lettuce Wrapped Fajitas
