    *Non fat dry milk powder, 1 cup
    *Creamer (Great Value Non-dairy Creamer), 48 tsp =1 cup
    *sugar freeGreat Value French Vanilla Non Dairy Creamer, 48 tspor 16 tbsp =1 cup
    *Apriva (Kroger Brand Splenda), 2.5 cup
    Lipton unsweetened instant tea 1.25 tsp serving, 72 serving =1.5 cups
    Ginger, ground, 2 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp
    Cloves, ground, 1 tsp
    Cardamom, ground, 1 tsp

Tips

you may wish to put small batches in a coffee grinder to make it mix better (serving number is approximate , It is difficult to convert tsp/cups into servings)
