    2 lrg eggs
    1 lrg egg white
    1/4 cup cottage cheese
    1 Tbsp butter


put eggs, egg white & cottage cheese in blender and blend together. Melt butter in pan and pour egg mixture in hot pan. Push eggs to the center of the pan until set.
