    Carolina Ground Turkey--4 ozs, 4 serving (remove)
    Peas, frozen, 225 grams (remove)
    Great Value Instant Brown Rice, 1 cup (remove)
    1/2 Tsp Salt
    Dash Cayenne Pepper
    1/2 Tbsp Oil
    1 chopped onion
    1/4 cup warm watr


Place oil in pan and cook chopped onions.
Place 1 pound of ground turkey in pan and cook with onions until brown
Add Salt and Pepper while cooking
Add cooked rice
Add 1/4 cup warm water
Let cook over low heat for 30 minutes
Makes 4 servings
