Ingredients

    Portabella Mushrooms, 28 grams (remove)
    Swanson Beef Broth less sodium fat free, 2 cup (remove)
    Cream Corn Starch, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
    Publix Fatfree Half & Half, 4 oz (remove)

Directions

makes 16 servings of 2 tbsp each
dice up mushrooms and onion and put into pan with Broth
boil for about 30 mins.
mix corn starch in cold water ( about 1/3 cup)
add Half and Half and return to boil and then add corn starch bring to boil stiring fo about 2 mins.
turn off and serve
