    2 8 oz packages Tempeh
    2 lg head broccoli, cut into florets
    3 cups cooked lentils
    6-8 tbsp hoisin sauce
    lemon juice to taste


the original called for tofu, but I like tempeh better. Also check out the other recipes on the website. They have all been good so far.


1. Heat oil in a large pan or skillet
2. add tempeh and broccoli and cook covered stirring every few minutes until broccoli is tender (about 6 minutes)
3. Add lentils and sauce and stir fry for a few minutes until everything is hot
4. Taste and season
