Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef
    1 lb ground turkey
    6 medium zucchini, sliced into thin rounds
    dried chili peppers
    fresh lemon

Tips

I thought of adding lime because it started to remind me a little of larb. It turned out delicious.


Directions

1. heat oil in large frying pan
2. Cook meat over medium high heat, stir for a minute or so
3. Add zucchini and fish sauce and continue to cook stirring every now and then
4. When mean is well browned and zucchini is soft and buttery remove from the heat
5. sqeeze lemon and even lime to taste
