Ingredients

    2 Chorizo links, sliced into coins.
    2 cans butter beans, or 3 cups cooked
    2 cups of pasta sauce (newmans own mushroom or whatever you like)
    2 tbsp red wine vinegar
    1 bunch chives finely chopped

Directions

Heat a few tbsp oil in a pan over medium high heat.
Add Chorizo and cook, stirring occasionally until browned on both sides.
Add Beans, sauce and vinegar. simmer until everything is hot. taste and season. add chives

Serving Size: makes 4 servings (or 5 if you add a salad to each meal)
