Introduction

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 small to medium redskin potatoes washed, diced/sliced
    1 tbsp virgin olive oil
    1/2 of 1/4 tsp of seasoned salt (any kind)
    1 tsp each of garlic and onion powder
    1/4 tsp fine grounded black or white pepper
    2 to 4 tbsp water

Directions

In cooking skillet, heat oil add potatoes and seasoning, cover cooking on low to medium heat, turning every 10 mins.

Add water 2 tbsp at a time (optional) to soften and cook longer.





Serving Size: 1 cup or 2- 1/2 cups
