Ingredients

    small cabbage
    1/2 onion
    parsley sprigs
    2 cups broccoli flowers
    8 stems asparagus
    12 baby carrots
    1 28 oz can diced tomatoes
    1 19 oz can garbanzo beans
    1 1/2 cups diced mushrooms
    water/salt
    1 tbsp. minced garlic

Directions

Start with cabbage in a pot. Cut to bite size pieces. Add enough water to cover. Add the other vegetables. Start with carrots and then to faster cooking veggies.
Last add seasons such as garlic and salt to flavor.
Let cook on stove until softened. Add more water if needed.
Add beans last.
Makes large pot.

Serving Size: makes 6 - 2 cups bowls
