Ingredients

    1 3/4 cups flour
    40g of whey isolate powder
    4 tbsp. (12 tbs) Baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    1 tbsp vanilla extract (0 calories)
    1 large egg
    4 large egg whites
    2 cups 1% milk
    3 tbsp canola oil

Directions

Mix dry ingredients then add wet ingredients, blend till smooth.
Cook on griddle at 350 degrees. takes slightly longer than regular pancakes

Serving Size: 8 medium size pancakes
