    6 hard boiled eggs
    1/2 ripe avocado
    3 slices cooked bacon (crumbled)
    4 tablespoons mayonaise
    2 tablespoons finely shredded cheddar cheese
    Salt & Pepper to taste


Halve boiled eggs & spoon out yolks into a bowl & mash with a fork until finely crumbled. In a separate bowl, scoop out 1/2 avocado & mash into smooth consistency. Add mayo, shredded cheese, avocado, & bacon crumbles to yolks & mix well. Salt & pepper to taste. Top with paprika for color if preferred.
