Introduction

Number of Servings: 36

Ingredients

    1 and 1/2 cups white flour
    1 cup Brown Sugar Splenda Baking blend
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 cup mashed banana
    1/2 cup eggbeaters egg substitute
    1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1/4 cup honey
    1/4 cup water
    1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
    1 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 while you mix dry ingredients
Mix next five ingredients separately
I made muffins and mini muffins; can easily be made into a loaf if you prefer that.

Serving Size: Makes 12 full size muffins AND 24 mini muffins
