Quick meal from leftover chicken breast. Quick meal from leftover chicken breast.

    Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin or bone, 2 oz
    Wrap, Whole Wheat, Toufayan, Food Lion, 1 serving
    Raisins, Seedless, California, Southern Grove, 1 tbsp
    Head Lettuce - 1/2 cup shredded or chopped
    Vinaigrette, Raspberry, Aldi, 1 tbsp
    Granny smith apple - 1/2 med. apple chopped
    Almonds, Raw Natural, Gold Emblem, 6 crushed or slivers


You may take 1 tbsp of cream cheese and mix with a dash of garlic powder and spread on one side of the wrap for a sweet/sour taste; NOT included in calorie count.


Heat leftover chicken breast and chop or tear into chunks. Heat wrap in oven, if desired. Take all the ingredients and put in the wrap. Ready to eat!
