    5 eggs
    1 cup milk
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    2 cups asparagus or other veg, coho piped
    6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
    Bunch chives, chopped
    4 ounces cubed Gouda
    1 pie crust


Put pie crust in pie plate
Beat eggs milk and cream
Add bacon, veg and cheese to mixture
Pour into pie crust
Bake at 375 for 55 mins
