Ingredients

Chicken about 10 oz
Carrots (shredded)
Zucchini
Spinach
Broccoli
Rice Wrappers (look on the Asian food aisle)
Hoisin sauce to taste
Directions
I used the chicken that you can buy pressed thin and spread a little hoisin sauce on top and cooked it for about 35 on 350. This is totally optional and you can just use some leftovers! While I did this, I also used my rice cooker to steam the veggies a bit. This made them a little more malleable to roll up. Before you cook them though, slice the veggies into strips and get rid of any stems on the broccoli.
Slice the chicken into strips.
Set the wrapper you're going to use in a plate of warm water.
Place the soft wrapper on a cookie sheet and fill with veggies and meat.
Fold like a burrito and place in a pan. Wait until the wrapper has set to eat.
Repeat until you're out of filling!
Serving Size: Makes about 13 rolls
