    1 5oz talipia
    1/2 cup fat free ranch
    1 cup reduced fat parmesan cheese
    2 cups corn flakes
    1 tsp ground pepper
    1 tsp salt


Heat oven to 350.
Grind up cornflakes into crumbs. Mix parmesan, pepper, salt with the cornflakes. Baste the talipia both sides with the ranch dressing. Coat fish with the crumb mixture.
Bake for 17 minutes
