Ingredients

    2 tablespoons low-fat buttermilk
    2 tablespoons low-fat sour cream
    1½ tablespoons cornichon brine
    1 head Boston lettuce, torn
    1 head endive, cut into 1-inch pieces
    ½ small English cucumber, halved lengthwise
    and thinly sliced
    4 radishes, thinly sliced
    ¼ cup sliced cornichons

Directions

In large bowl, whisk together buttermilk, sour
cream and cornichon brine. Add lettuce, endive,
cucumber, radishes and cornichons. Toss to
coat. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
