    4 tbsp, drained Capers, canned
    4 tbsp Olive Oil
    1 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
    0.50 cup Lemon Juice
    0.50 cup Flour, white
    4 tbsp Butter, unsalted
    16 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast


Dredge frozen chicken breast in flour.
Heat olive oil and butter until hot.
Add chicken and saute on one side until golden brown.
Turn chicken and saute other side until golden brown.
Once chicken is cooked on both sides, add chicken broth and lemon juice. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove cover and add capers. Enjoy!
