Introduction

This was the recipe a friend gave me when I asked for ideas on FB one rainy afternoon. This was the recipe a friend gave me when I asked for ideas on FB one rainy afternoon.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    6 cups stock of choice
    3 cups dry beans
    1 tbsp. garlic
    2 tsp onion
    2 tsp cumin
    1/2 red onion

Tips

You could cook on high for about 4hrs but the longer cook time gives the flavors more of a chance to blend...


Directions

Chop onion. Add ingredients to crock pot & cook low 8-10 hours.... check every 3 for drying out (add water as needed).
