Introduction

This is the remake of a friends recipe I tried one rainy spring day. I made substitutions based on what I had in the house. Ingredients

    453g dried black beans (1 lb. bag)
    6 c bullion (use veg to make recipe vegetarian or vegan)
    1 1/2 c chopped baby carrots
    1T chopped garlic
    1/2 t Mrs. Dash

Directions

Add ingredients to crock pot & cook low 8-10 hours, checking every 3 for drying out.
