Introduction

Basic (lowfat) fluffy pancakes Basic (lowfat) fluffy pancakes

Ingredients

    Mix in one bowl:
    3 cups flour
    5 tsp baking powder
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 1/2 tsp salt

    In second bowl mix:
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 cups skim milk
    1/2 cup natural apple sauce

    Then combine both bowls and mix well. Makes approx. 14 pancakes.
