    12 slices ham lunchmeat
    12 eggs


Preheat oven to 350. In a muffin tin, place one slice of ham so it resembles a muffin cup. Break one egg into the ham muffin cup. Repeat till you have one dozen ham & egg cups. Bake 15-20 minutes until eggs are firm. Easy for an on the go breakfast, and freezable!
