All your fruits and veggies in one smooth drink. All your fruits and veggies in one smooth drink.
Number of Servings: 1


    1 medium banana broken into small bits
    1/3 C. pineapple tidbits
    35 grams frozen blueberries (or 35-37 berries)
    1/3 cup baby spinach (around 8 grams)
    1/4 cup Silk vanilla soy milk
    Enough Sparkling Ice sugar free carbonated flavored water to barely cover ingredients. (If you like a thicker smoothie add less). I like Pink Grapefruit flavored water in mine.
    You can also substitute three berry frozen berries for the blueberries.


Put all ingredients together in a blender or personal smoothie blender and mix until smooth.

Serving Size: 1 16 oz cup
