Introduction
When you need a pizza, but don't want the carbs and calories. When you need a pizza, but don't want the carbs and calories.Number of Servings: 3
Ingredients

2 tbsp of olive oil
1 medium onion
1 leek
Grape or Plum tomatoes (About 10-20 grape or 2 -3 plum depending on size)
2 garlic cloves or 2tbsp of crushed garlic
5 basil leaves
1/4 cup part skim mozzarella cheese
salt/pepper
Tips
I put a little garlic garlic from tastefully simple on top as well.
Directions
Pour 2 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet; add onions and cook until brown.
Add in leek, tomatoes, you can use grape or plum, and garlic. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cook until soft. Add 5 leaves of chopped basil.
Spoon into mixture into portobello mushrooms caps.
Top with about 1/4 cup of part skim mozzarella cheese.
Cook at 400 degrees about 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and browning.
Serving Size: Makes 3 Pizzas
