    Greek yoghurt, plain, 0 fat 1/2 cup
    Mango, frozen, partly thawed 1/2 cup
    Cold water 1/2 cups
    Sweetzfree 6 drops


You can use fresh mango, but then some of the water should be ice.


Put everything in the blender and process until smooth.

Serving Size: Makes 2 large drinks
