Ingredients

    1 ripe banana
    1 whole egg, cracked
    2 servings egg-beaters egg whites
    2 tbsp flaxseed meal

Tips

Serve with pure maple syrup or nut butter and jam for a quick and hearty weekday breakfast for one.


Directions

Place all ingredients in blender/magic bullet to combine. Heat small skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking spray. Add half of egg mixture and cook on one side until golden. Flip carefully and cook until golden again. Remove from pan. Repeat with remaining batter.
