    Whole Wheat Flour, 1.5 cup
    Flour, white, 1.5 cup
    Baking Soda, 2 tsp
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 2 tbsp
    Granulated Sugar, 1 cup
    Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large
    Butter, salted, .5 cup
    Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup
    Banana, fresh, 2 cup, mashed
    Purcell Mountain Farms - Dried Cranberries, 100 gram(s)
    Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp


Cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in the vanilla then add the eggs one at a time. Mix in the applesauce and the bananas. Mix in the dry ingredients until blended. Fold in the cranberries. Bake in a well greased bundt pan for 50-60 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
