    *Spaghetti Sauce, Classico Tomato & Basil, 1 cup
    *Onion - raw, 1 cup (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 3 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long)
    Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
    *Potato white - 1 medium 5.3oz serving size, 2 serving
    *Manischewitz - Concord Grape Wine, 8 oz


saute onion in olive oil. add meat and brown. add other ingredients. simmer 1-2 hrs.
