    Clean and cut 5 boneless skinless chicken thighs.
    Chop 1 large onion
    Chop 1- 2 bell peppers into 1x1 inch chunks
    One 8 oz package sliced mushrooms
    2 14 oz cans tomato sauce
    4 ounces of whole or sliced Kalimantan olives
    2 - 3 tables of capers, drained
    Red pepper flakes
    Salt and pepper


Serve over spaghetti if desired.


Clean and cut chicken into pieces abou 2x2 inches. SAute lightly. Add garlic, onions, peppers, mushrooms. Saute until softened. Add tomato sauce. Turn heat to low and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes. Season to taste with oregano, basil, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes. Add olives and capers and heat through at end.
