    2 ripe bananas
    2.5 cups old fashioned oats
    1 cup plain low fat greek yogurt
    2 eggs
    .5 cup honey or agave
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    2 tbsp ground flax seed
    1 tsp vanilla
    chocolate chips or walnuts optional


place oats in the food processor and pulse for 10 secs. add remaining ingredients and pulse until blended. pour into sprayed muffin tin and bake at 400 for 18-20
