    coconut oil 1 tbs
    flaxseed meal 2 tbs
    protein powder 2 tbs
    egg white
    cinnamon 1 tbs

    egg yolk
    honey .5 tbs
    walnuts 14 grams
    blueberries, dried 20 grams
    milk, 2% .25 cup

Tips

The egg yolk and honey are not to be cooked. The walnuts and berries can be added before cooking if desired. Milk is optional as well.


Directions

blend coconut oil, flax seed meal protein powder, egg white and cinnamon sprinkle some salt in. microwave for 30s. stir in honey, egg yolk, walnuts and berries. pour milk and enjoy.
