Introduction

Ingredients

    couple of cups of random frozen fruit
    couple of rounded teaspoons of inulun fibre powder
    yogurt (no fat Greek, and sugar added 3% MF yogurt)
    couple of tablespoons of flax oil
    water to get it to the desired constancy
    blend all together

Tips

we make fruit salads for desserts and freeze the extra to use in the mornings
(use any fresh or frozen fruit that you want or are in season)
