Ingredients

1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 c Carrots, diced
1/4 c Celery, diced
1/4 c Onions, diced
48 oz jar Randall's Great Northern Beans
1/2 lb cubed ham (8 oz)
2 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper
1 Tbsp Paula's House Seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic
powder mixed)
2 Tbsp Garlic Pepper
1 Tbsp Litehouse Freeze-dried Parsley
1 tsp Litehouse Freeze-dried Dill
1 tsp Litehouse Freeze-dried Basil
1 Tbsp Tbsp Litehouse Freeze-dried Chives
1 cup Vegetable Broth
Tips
If broth is too thin during the 30 minute simmer, you can remove cover prior to the end of this portion of cooking time to reduce the liquid.
Directions
Heat EVOO in saucepan on high. Add carrots and let cook for 2 minutes. Add onion & celery. Cook for 2 more minutes. Turn heat to medium. Add house seasoning. Stir. Add beans & ham.Stir. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium low. Add cayenne pepper, garlic pepper, & vegetable broth. Stir. Cover. Simmer for 30 minutes. Uncover and add herbs. Leave uncovered and simmer for 10 more minutes.
