1/4 c. (1 serving) Trader Joe's Dried Cranberries
1 serving (1/2 bag) freeze dried Banana Slices (or strawberry slices)
2 ounces almonds (I like sliced because each package gets some)
2 ounces salted sunflower seeds
2 servings chatfield's Carob chips (4 Tbsp total)
2 servings Shredded Wheat 'n Bran Cereal (2.5 c. total)
2 oz. Deluxe Mixed Nuts
2 servings (2 c. total) Bear Naked Fit Autumn Blend Cereal
1/2 c. TJ golden raisins
1 T cinnamon powder
Nice snack to include in your daily plan. At 130 calories of great nutrition, you can't get a healthier bag of goodness. About 4 anti-angiogenic foods in the mix, 5 if you use TJ freeze dried Strawberry chips instead of banana chips.
Also, cacao nibs can be substituted for carob chips.
