    1 Cups of Soaked Almonds
    .5 Cups of Distilled/Purified Water
    1.25 Cups of Olive Oil
    3 TBPS of Fresh Lemon Juice


You may need to add less water on a humid day as it may not set properly.


Soak Almonds for 5-8 Hours
Mix Almonds and Water in Food Processor or High Speed Blender
Add Olive Oil in a slow drizzle. Start with 1 cup.
Add Lemon Juice at the end to help emulsify and thicken the mixture.

Serving Size: 1 Tablespoon per Serving
