    1 small high fiber bagel (such as president's choice blue menu bagel.
    1 slice Canadian bacon
    2 egg whites
    1 tsp margarine
    1 tsp maple syrup.


Toast bagel and spread with margarine, set side.
Cook egg whites in frying pan, allowing them to firm up without stirring. Once they are firm, fold eggs over like an omelet. In the same pan, fry the bacon for a minute on each side, and top with maple syrup.

Stack ingredients between buttered bagel and serve. Makes one serving.
