    2 cups old fashioned oats
    2 cups kefir
    2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp cardamon
    2 eggs
    1.5 cups sucanat (use brown sugar if you do not have)
    2 cups diced strawberries


Combine oats and kefir - process in blender or food processor to combine and break down oats

Combine wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt. Add strawberries and gently combine.

To the oat/kefir mix, add eggs and sucanat/sugar.

Combine oat mixture with remaining dry ingredients. mix gently until combined

portion into greased or paper cup lined muffin tins

Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes

Serving Size: makes 30 standard size muffins
