    Veal, ground or Lean Ground Beef - 1#
    Canned Tomatoes, 20 oz.
    Caraway seeds
    Salt, half salt
    Liquid sweetner
    Tomato paste, 4 tbspns
    Old Bay spice, 1 tsp
    Pepper, dash


Brown meat, drain. Add onions, garlic, all the rest.

Cover tightly and cook for one hour, if needed add 1/4 cup LOW sodium Beef Broth
