Ingredients

    1 sm onion
    1 green pepper
    1 carrot
    1 celery stalk
    4 c TVP, dry (rehydrate as directed before adding)
    1.25 c ketchup
    .5 c yellow mustard
    .25 c brown sugar
    Kitchen bouquet (optional)

Directions

rehydrate TVP, chop veggies and saute in olive oil. Add TVP and ketchup, mustard and brown sugar. Simmer for 45 minutes for flavors to meld.
Add kitchen bouquet to improve color if desired.
