    2 cups black beans
    2 cups chick peas
    2 oz feta cheese
    1/2 c. diced cucumbers
    3 oz diced tomato or cherry tomatoes halved
    4 T extra virgin olive oil
    2 T balsamic vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste


mix all together and chill.
